The menu boasts an array of enticing options, perfect for a quick lunch or a leisurely afternoon meal. Popular choices include the daily rotating salads, where every bite is a testament to freshness — just ask Jeff Miller, who raved about the "best salad" he’s ever tasted, or indulge in their celebrated Hoosier pie, a dessert so good that Sean Harrington insists it must be sampled if you pass through Jeffersonville.

The cafe's atmosphere contributes significantly to your dining experience; it's intimate and relaxed, with several small dining areas that ensure a cozy vibe. My family stopped in for lunch while traveling on I-65 and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional service. My wife ate the salad of the day and she said it was the best salad she has ever eaten! Well done!

Great place for an amazing quick lunch. The Hoosier pie here is some of the best pie I've ever eaten in my life. If you are in Jeffersonville, you have to stop at this place for lunch. It's the best place to eat in the entire city. Sandwiches, soups, salads and more.

Awesome food. Great service. Friendly people. I love the atmosphere, a converted house; it was cozy and felt like I was going to a friends house for lunch rather than a restaurant. No noisy dining rooms, rather small dining rooms, several of them, with a few tables in each. I got the Greek salad and my mom got the club. The salad was delicious, full of fresh greens and crumbled feta. The home made dressing was amazing. The club was what a club was supposed to be. Fresh bread, juicy meats, real bacon and high quality cheeses. Great place for a quick lunch or to eat period. I can't say enough good things. Just try it!

Nice cozy lunch sandwich diner built into an old house. I love their tomato soup and usually pair it with a sandwich instead of chips. I does seem to be more popular with older and retired people, but that also means it's quiet and a nice place to meet your parents or grandparents for lunch.

Combo #2. Awesome little cafe for lunch. They do have some outdoor seating. An old house turned cafe. Order at counter. It can get loud with hardwood floors and nothing to absorb the sound.

First went here when I was on jury duty and have since returned a couple of times. The food is great and tastes like what I'd make at home! It's fresh and quality! Now I love stopping in to get to go meals for busy work days!

Great restaurant! I just had the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten, the portions are perfect to fill you up but not bloat you, and the food was served in a timely fashion! I wish they wouldve made the tomato basil soup creamy, but it was still very good. Meigs Cafe will definitely be my new lunch spot.

First time and I had the daily special which was a California turkey wrap. It had turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, avocado, and sun-dried mayo. It was pretty decent. Fresh, produce was crisp, and portion size was ample. Had a side Greek salad and it was also good. Total cost, including drink, was $9.89, so quite affordable. The food the other guests at my table received also looked delicious and fresh. I will go here again!
